Kurt D. Scheivert
Vice President of Business Development
Kurt D. Scheivert is Vice President of Business Development for Land Services USA, Inc. Prior to joining the team at Land Services USA, Inc. Kurt was in business development with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. His responsibilities included project management, product implementation and marketing, commercial and residential title insurance sales. Kurt’s background in the industry started with his father’s development and building company where he served as a project manager for several developments. Kurt has been selling real estate since 1994 and still maintains his license.
Kurt received his B.A. degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a board member of the Housing Partnership of Chester County, a non profit organization specializing in affordable housing needs. He is also a board member of the Home Builders Association of Delaware and Chester Counties, a SMC board member of the HBA of Bucks and Montgomery County, active in Delaware and Chester County Chamber Associations. He is active in the Tri State Realtors Association and the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia. Kurt is also a licensed title agent.
