Karen L. Mark is Senior Vice President of Land Services USA, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ms. Mark was previously Vice President, Underwriter and National Title Officer with two of the top three national title insurance companies. Ms. Mark has over 25 years or industry-related experience, more than half of which involves commercial real estate and the management of large scale, multi-site, multi-state acquisitions and financing transactions. Ms. Mark is a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. degree in Education and has done graduate level work at the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Professional Certification from the American Land Title Institute. As a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Philadelphia, Ms. Mark served on its Board of Directors for two years.
