M. Gordon (”Gordon”) Daniels, Esquire is Chief Executive Officer of Land Services USA, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Daniels formed Land Services USA in February 2005. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Daniels is responsible for underwriting complex title matters. He previously served as Vice President and Commercial Manager of a major national title insurer’s national division. Prior to that, he served in various legal positions including Senior National Title Services Counsel, Local Underwriting Counsel and Claims Counsel for a Philadelphia based national title insurance underwriter.
Mr. Daniels is a frequent lecturer and panelist on commercial title insurance and real estate related topics. He serves on the Board for the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties and is a recent recipient of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties Greater Philadelphia Award. In addition to participating in real estate associations, Mr. Daniels is a former member of the Chadds Ford Township Planning Commission.
Mr. Daniels graduated from the University of Delaware, with a B.A. degree and from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law, with a J.D. He is a member of the American Bar Association, The Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Daniels is on the Board of Directors of Jeanne Ruddy Dance. He resides in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania with his wife, Carolyn, and their four children.
