Francis X. (“FX”) Gorman, Esquire is a Commercial Title Officer for Land Services USA, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Land Services, FX practiced business transactional law in Wilmington, Delaware and Center City Philadelphia, and has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, real estate based finance transactions and commercial leasing.
While practicing real estate law in Delaware, he served as a licensed issuing agent for several national title insurance underwriters. FX earned a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Virginia Tax Review.
Between his studies at UVa, FX served in the United States and overseas as an Airborne Ranger infantry officer in the U.S. Army. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
