Elva Johnson is a National Commercial Closer/Title Officer for Land Services USA, Inc. She worked for LandAmerica Commercial Services as a Commercial Closer/Coordinator for 13 years where she coordinated and closed national multi-state commercial transactions and helped to oversee residential operations. She holds a PA Agency license and a NJ Producer’s license. She is a Board of Director for the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties Sales and Marketing Council and recently chaired the Associate Council. She is also a member of CREW. She graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Education.
