Eileen M. (Ward) Christian, Esquire is Senior Vice President, Underwriting Counsel and National Closing Coordinator for Land Services USA, Inc. in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Eileen was previously Vice President and National Title Services Division Underwriting Counsel with a national title insurer. She also practiced law in the Real Estate Department of the law firm of Bleakley Platt & Schmidt in White Plains, NY where she had a transactional practice and represented several institutional lenders. Ms. Christian earned her B.A. degree from the University of Scranton in 1983 and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1986. She is admitted to the Bars of New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Ms. Christian is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association.
