Courtney St. John is a Settlement Coordinator for Land Services USA, Inc., in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Courtney St. John has worked in the title insurance industry since graduating from Hofstra University in 2002. She started at Sutton Land Services in Valley Stream, NY, where she worked as the Chase Home Finance Group Team Leader, working as both a conveyancer and closer. She began working at Safeguard Title Insurance Agency in 2005 where she worked as a title examiner and closer of residential properties in New York City and the surrounding areas.
In 2007, she began working for New York Land Services, A division of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in Manhattan. She worked as a title examiner for commercial closings in New York, including a 6 month project, which consisted of reading and examining the entire Hudson River and Harlem River Lines of the Metro North Commuter Railroad. She moved to Philadelphia in July of 2008.
