Gordon Daniels, Esquire

M. Gordon Daniels, Esquire is Chief Executive Officer of Land Services USA, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Daniels formed Land Services USA in February 2005. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Daniels is responsible for underwriting complex title matters. He previously served as Vice President and Commercial Manager of a major national title insurer's National Division. Prior to that, he served in various legal positions including Senior NTS Counsel, Local Underwriting Counsel and Claims Counsel for a Philadelphia based national title insurance underwriter.

Mr. Daniels has been a frequent lecturer and panelist on commercial title insurance and real estate related topics. He serves on the Board for the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties and is a recipient of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties Greater Philadelphia Award. In addition to participating in real estate associations, Mr. Daniels was recently chosen as a 2007 Super Lawyer and is a former member of the Chadds Ford Township Planning Commission.

Mr. Daniels graduated from the University of Delaware, with a B.A. degree and from the University of Baltimore School of Law, with a J.D. degree. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Mr. Daniels resides in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania with his wife, Carolyn and their four children.

Michael G. Moyer, Esquire

Michael G. Moyer, Esquire serves as Senior Vice-President of Business Development for Land Services USA.  In addition to Mr. Moyer's Business Development responsibilities, Mr. Moyer also serves as Counsel for Land Services USA, where he provides underwriting support and general legal counsel.

Prior to joining Land Services USA, Mr. Moyer served as Counsel and Senior Vice-President for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company’s National Title Services office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While at Fidelity, Mr. Moyer formed and managed Fidelity's Direct Residential Department in Philadelphia and was a major contributor to the development of Fidelity's commercial presence in Philadelphia.  While at Fidelity, Mr. Moyer was repeatedly appointed into Fidelity's coveted "Presidents Club", he was formally elected into Fidelity's Leadership Development Program and formally recognized for his Leadership in the field of Commercial Loans and Mezzanine Financing.

Before joining Fidelity, Mr. Moyer served as General Counsel of eCal Corporation where he provided complete legal support for eCal Corporation including oversight of various rounds of private funding, filing of the Company's S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in an effort to take eCal public, general transactional work, Human Resources guidance and oversight of eCal's litigation matters.  While at eCal, Mr. Moyer frequently traveled overseas to Helsinki, Finland and London to negotiate various transactions with Nokia Networks, Reuters and eCal of Japan.  

Prior to his work at eCal Corporation, Mr. Moyer served as Associate General Counsel of GE Financial Assurance, a division of GE capital, where he provided transactional expertise. While at GE Financial Assurance, Mr. Moyer was awarded a Black Belt in Six Sigma, a highly coveted designation within GE. 

Mr. Moyer received a J.D. degree from the Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Villanova Law Review.  Mr. Moyer is a member of: the Pennsylvania Bar Association; the New Jersey Bar Association; the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  Mr. Moyer received a B.A. degree from the University of Delaware.

Currently, Mr. Moyer serves on the Advisory Board of Brook Street Investments, LLC (“BSI”), a Pennsylvania based private equity firm that invests in small to middle market, closely held companies in the Mid Atlantic region.

C. Richard Horrow, Esquire

C. Richard Horrow, Esquire is Vice President of Business Development. Prior to working in the title industry, Mr. Horrow built a multi-faceted Center City law practice focusing on real estate and business transactional work for local developers and business owners.  Mr. Horrow’s legal background also includes positions as a tax and business attorney with the Philadelphia law firm of Pelino & Lentz, P.C. and the public accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Horrow currently serves as Board President of the Old City Civic Association and works extensively with local and state governmental officials and agencies on development, policy and quality of life issues central to one of Philadelphia’s most diverse and vibrant neighborhoods.  In his capacity as President, Mr. Horrow also serves on the Board of the Independence Mall Business and Residents Coalition (IMBARC), the Old City Special Services District and is a member of the newly formed Central Delaware Waterfront Advisory Group.  Prior to his work as a community representative, Mr. Horrow served on the Boards of the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, Philadelphia Film Society and Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers of the Arts.

Mr. Horrow received an LL.M. Taxation and J.D. degree from the Villanova University School of Law.  Mr. Horrow received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Villanova University.

Eileen Christian, Esquire

Eileen M. (Ward) Christian, Esquire is Senior Vice President, Underwriting Counsel and National Closing Coordinator for Land Services USA. Eileen was previously Vice President and National Title Services Division Underwriting Counsel with a national title insurer. She also practiced law in the Real Estate Department of the law firm, Bleakley Platt & Schmidt in White Plains, NY where she had a transactional practice and represented several institutional lenders.

Eileen earned her B.A. Degree from the University of Scranton in 1983 and her JD from St. John's University School of Law in Jamaica, New York, in 1986. She is admitted to the Bars of New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Eileen is a member of the PA, Chester County and Philadelphia Bar Associations and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Philadelphia.

Mara L. Stratt, Esquire

Mara L. Stratt, Esquire is Senior Vice President and Underwriting Counsel and National Closing Coordinator with Land Services USA, Inc. Philadelphia, PA. She was previously Vice President and National Closing Coordinator and Underwriting Counsel with a national title insurance company. Before joining the title industry, Mara practiced transactional real estate and business law with several large and boutique law firms in Philadelphia, PA.

Mara earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Pennsylvania State University and her JD from Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to the bar of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations.

Cori Connors, Esquire

Cori Connors, Esquire is a Commercial Escrow Officer with Land Services USA, Inc.'s satellite office in West Chester, PA. Cori earned her B.S. Degree in Finance from LaSalle University in 1995 and her J.D. from Seton Hall University in 1998. Her bar admissions include the State of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining Land Services USA, Cori was Counsel and Senior Title Officer at Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in Philadelphia, PA. Before entering the title industry, Cori was an associate attorney with Milstead & Associates, LLC in Cherry Hill, NJ where she handled Pennsylvania and New Jersey bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure and real estate matters on behalf of financial institutions.

Rachel Freidman
Rachel Friedman, Esquire

Rachel L. Friedman, Esquire is a Vice President of Business Development with Land Services USA, Inc.  She works out of our New Jersey Branch. In addition to Ms. Friedman’s Business Development responsibilities, she is also a closer, closing primarily commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Land Services, Ms. Friedman was in private practice in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia.  Her focus was on commercial litigation. Ms. Friedman received a B.A. in political science from Tufts University and her J.D from Villanova University School of Law.  Ms. Friedman is licensed to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut* and Florida*.

Ms. Friedman resides in New Jersey with her family.

Marnie Greenberg, Esquire

Marnie Greenberg, Esquire came to Land Services USA with three years experience as a self-employed real estate attorney, where she handled between 100 to 150 residential closings per month.  Before entering the title industry, Marnie served under the Honorable Peggy L. Ableman for two terms as a Superior Court Law Clerk in Wilmington, Delaware.  Immediately prior to her clerkship, Marnie worked as a law clerk, and then as an Associate, for the corporate law firm of Chimicles and Tikellis, LLP in Wilmington, Delaware.

Ms. Greenberg is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College (B.A., English, 1994) and Widener University School of Law in Delaware (J.D., 1999).  Marnie studied International Law and Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland in the summer of 1998 and sat as a Pupil on the Delaware Valley Environmental Inn of the American Inns of Court (1998-1999).  Ms. Greenberg was also named in the 1999 Edition of Who's Who of American Law Students.  Marnie is admitted to the bar of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
