Andrea Connors
Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development
Andrea Connors is Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development for Land Services USA, Inc. She coordinates and underwrites national multi-state commercial transactions as well as local residential projects. She came to Land Services USA, Inc. from LandAmerica Commercial Services where she was a Vice President and Office Manager for fifteen years. Prior to that she worked for her family’s real estate company which specialized in land development, new construction, real estate sales and title insurance. She holds her PA Agency license and a NJ Producer’s license as well as being a licensed PA Real Estate Broker with her GRI, CRS and CSP certifications.
For the last 10 years she has been a Board of Director for the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties along with being a Board of Director for the Sales and Marketing Council, where she was recently the Associate Vice President. She is also a member of CREW and Suburban West Realtors. Andrea graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
