Adam D. Schneider, Esquire is Senior Vice President, Underwriting Counsel, and National Closing Coordinator for Land Services USA, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Land Services USA, Mr. Schneider was an Associate for over 7 years with Blank Rome LLP in the Real Estate Practice Group. He concentrated his work in all areas of real estate development including finance, historic preservation, acquisition, disposition, leasing and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits.
Mr. Schneider serviced as Program Director at the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, a non-profit preservation organization. Mr. Schneider also coordinated a clearing house of technical assistance for the stewards of historic religious properties at Partners for Sacred Places and worked in the Consumer Lending Department of the former PSFS (Meritor Financial Group).
Mr. Schneider serves as both a Board Member and Chairman of the Zoning Committee for the Center City Residents Association. He is a member of the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the World Affairs Council of Greater Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association.
Mr. Schneider received his J.D. from Temple University School of Law, where he was a Senior Note Comment Editor for the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review. He is a recipient of the Arthur L. Berns Memorial Prize in Real Estate law. He received his B.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania.
